Registration Details

1. One regular registration is within 5 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceedings.
3. Euros are acceptable. Please pay following the current exchange rate.

4. Tour is optional and is based on payment basis. Kindly send the tour request to conference secretary (bdet@iact.net) in writing when you submit the final registration documents.
5. Definition:
Author: making a presentation of the paper which will be published by the journals.
Presenter: making a presentation on the conference without paper publishing.
Listener: Participating in the conference only without neither presentation nor paper publication.


Cancellation Policy

Up to and including 2 December 2019 the registration fee could be refunded with at least 50 USD administration fee. After 2 December 2019 – No refunds on registration fees will be made. No shows will not be refunded. 

Notification of cancellations should be made by email to bdet@iact.net. If you do not send an email confirming that you wish to cancel your place at the conference you will still be liable to pay the fees. BDET is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.


Safety Precautions:

For the safety of your and others' personal and property, participants are required to wear name card, and those accompanying must wear the attendance card as well. Please keep the attendance card well. The conference leader onsite has the right to stop those without the attendance card from entering the meeting room.
Please note that the Organizing Committee will not accept liability for any kind of damage, losses or injuries occurring to persons or personal belongings during the conference. Be sure to organise suitable travel and health insurance.
(Please note that costs for travel, accommodation and insurances are not included in the registration fees.)
 

Invitation Letter Request

Email the conference secretary at bdet@iact.net to request your invitation letter.
The invitation letter will be issued ONLY after you have registered and full payment has been received.
This letter confirms that you are intend to attend BDET 2020.
